Mit Beitragen von Hans-Lothar Domrose, Anne Gidion, Wolfgang Koch, Friedrich Kramer, Jobst Landgrebe, Rochus Leonhardt, Jascha Nemtsov, Johannes Schilling, Thomas A. Seidel und Ellen Ueberschar. English summary: The thematic arc of this anthology ranges from fundamentals of a Jesuit pacifism to cornerstones of a (military) right of resistance. This urgently needed discourse is flanked both by church-historical research on Bernhard von Clairvaux, Luther and the consequences and by church-political insights into the state of Protestant peace ethics following Russia's attack on Ukraine and the Hamas terrorist attack on Israel. Against this background, profiles of a new world are outlined with a view to the peace order, inviting further reflection and discussion.
