When the brash Prince Happenstance challenges Nickerbacher to a fight, it only reinforces how Nickerbacher is supposed to act and dispatch of the threat to Gwendolyn.Can Nickerbacher go against these expectations and be his authentic, plucky self or will obligation and tradition win out? It's a story about pursuing your dreams despite pressure to give them up, following your conviction even if it's the more difficult path. Even though it takes place in medieval times, these are lessons exceptionally relevant to kids today.
