Reseña del libro "All It Is (en Inglés)"

"Katrina Kaye writes about grief and desire. Love and death. Depression. Recovery. Memory. Aging. The body. The people we lose and the people we keep carrying long after they're gone. She writes about what happens when the person you used to be meets the person you are becoming. And she doesn't hide from any of it.There is something deeply cathartic about her work because it doesn't feel like she is trying to impress you with how well she can write. She is trying to tell the truth. Sometimes tenderly. Sometimes painfully. Sometimes sensually. Sometimes with humor. Sometimes from that quiet place where all you can do is admit that something hurt and put the words down. That is the poetry I love. The kind where you recognize something you haven't been able to name yet.The kind where you finish reading and sit there for a minute.>- Manuel GonzálezNew Mexico State Poet Laureate 2025-28
