One certainty remains: we live from cellular memory, where everything is recorded, influencing actions and reactions, often unconsciously.To deepen your understanding of consciousness, I recommend reading "The Book of Consciousness" by Antonio Damasio, published by Temas e Debates, Circulo dos Leitores, and "Feeling and Knowing - On the Path to Consciousness," also from the same publisher.
