Reseña del libro "Cock Fighting: Sport in the Olden Time: The Sport of Old English Cock Fighting (en Inglés)"

This special reprint edition of "Cock Fighting: Sport in the Olden Time" was written by Sir Walter Gibley, and was first published in 1912. The subject is as controversial today as it was in bygone days, as discussed here by Gibley. This thorough, in-depth examination of all facets of the sport is republished here without judgment. Cock Fighting has been part of the culture on several continents for hundreds of years, and although outlawed in most places, is actually protected by international law in some regions as inherent to the culture of the indigenous people. A rare text that will be a valuable addition to the libraries of all who are interested in the history of game breeds, or in poultry breeding history in general. NOTE: This book is a reprint edition and is a perfect facsimile of the original book. It is not set in a modern typeface and has not been digitally rendered. As a result, some characters and images might suffer from slight imperfections, blurring, or minor shadows in the page background. This book appears exactly as it did when it was first printed. IMPORTANT NOTES: Please read BEFORE buying! THIS BOOK IS A REPRINT. IT IS NOT AN ORIGINAL COPY.
