Some of the short-stories have been inspired by native African tales, legends and myths, assuming a new character and dimension. Some of the eleven official languages (Zulu, Xhosa, Tswana, Afrikaans and Nama-Khoikhoi, the rare and ancient Bushmen language) are included in this work as a celebration of the rich, varied and unique cultural heritage in this country.
