Kingsley Pungong is a pan-African entrepreneur, investor, and strategic advisor with extensive experience building and scaling Afrocentric global businesses across sports, media, mining, real estate, and land development. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rainbow World Group (RWG), a diversified holding company with operations and investments spanning Africa, Europe, North America, and Asia.

Over the past decade, Kingsley has led complex cross-border ventures at the intersection of sport, capital, infrastructure, and intellectual property. Through his work in sports and media management, his companies have advised and represented elite football players, brands, leagues, and institutions, providing expertise in marketing, consulting, financing, franchising, image rights, and commercial strategy. He has owned and operated professional football clubs across multiple geographies.

Beyond sport, Kingsley has developed deep expertise in real estate investment and urban development, land acquisition and structuring, and mineral licensing and extraction, with a particular focus on Africa-centric growth platforms that attract international capital. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) from De Montfort University Leicester, a Master's degree in history from Harvard University, a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship from the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge where his work was focused on sports networks, entrepreneurial ecosystems, and the commercialization and long-term value creation of human athletic capital. He also is an alumnus of the Wharton School of business University of Pennsylvania.
