Obtaining data and the ability to track it, as well as creating specific laws to regulate its use, are essential to overcoming these challenges. Faced with rapid technological evolution and the challenges posed by cybercrime, it is crucial that the Brazilian legal system adapts to develop effective responses to guarantee digital security and justice in the digital age.
