He approaches the study of the problems of that period in an edifying way, in the sense of compliance with the National Constitution and the law, so much maligned in the "infamous decade", and afterwards, without trying to exhaust the research, he exposes the subjects with academic seriousness. (...) This is how a solid work is configured, in which Jorge Alberto Ripani sustains his opinions on those who have previously worked on various investigations, without losing his own points of view, which gives this work its originality" (from the Prologue by Ricardo Andrés Fernández, Doctor in Legal and Social Sciences, Head of the Chair of Argentine Constitutional History and Latin American Constitutional History at the Faculty of Law of the UNR).
