Reseña del libro "MARI'S FIRST DAY (en Inglés)"

Ever since her older brothers and sisters left for school, Mari has been asking the same question: "Mommy, I want to go to school. Can I go to school, too?" But at only three and a half years old, she has a long time to wait. From waiting for her fifth birthday, to surviving Kindergarten Round-Up, to braving a doctor's visit for her required shot, Mari watches the calendar until the big day finally arrives. When school morning comes, Mari eats her cereal, puts on her new backpack filled with supplies, and holds her mommy's hand on the walk down the street. But as the classroom door gets closer, big worries start to creep in. What if her teacher is a big green monster with yellow teeth, red eyes, and purple hair? What if all the other children are aliens and nobody likes her? What if they won't let her go home? With loving reassurance from her mother, Mari steps through the door and discovers the wonderful world of learning, artwork, block-building, and making new friends. Mari's First Day is a heart-warming picture book about patience, overcoming first-day fears, and embracing new beginnings. Perfect for parents and young children navigating preschool, pre-K, or kindergarten transitions together!
