This study on the care of the sick through a mutual society was carried out in the city of Lubumbashi, precisely in the mutual society of the teachers of primary, secondary and professional education, in abbreviation M.E.E.P.S.P. These difficulties were due to the simple reason of the belief of the medical staff that they did not pay their bills, but this was solved directly through the check between the Mutual Association and the health structures agreed upon by the mutual association.
