The experience of overcoming moments of crisis can only be shared or lived. Knowing how to adapt and learn quickly will make us survive and have successful lives. I write humbly and share my life experiences to help anyone who has to overcome the frustrations of life. Learn the mechanisms of your mind to use them in your favor and benefit from it, instead of suffering. I have overcome years of challenges. Many things have happened: various experiences and situations of all kinds, new jobs, depression, divorce, integration into groups, or leaving others, and in the end, everything is the same: our reality. Today, looking back, I reflect. It would have helped me a lot to have a Guide on this unique trip, far from my family, friends, my customs, my comfort zone. Stop doing more to do much better. Learn to enjoy the company for yourself. Evoking people who, like me, are thinking about changing their lives or are starting the process, I have decided to write this guide. I intend to have an action plan. Do things in a certain way to achieve the goals of dreams, avoid unnecessary suffering, and always remember that compassion begins with ourselves.
