The Spiritually Fortified Sisterhood (en Inglés) - Rev. Dr. NeSonya R. Parker

NeSonya R. Parker is an Ordained Metaphysical Minister since 2010 and serves as a Metaphysical Practitioner and Spiritual Companion for African American women and girls. A graduate of Spelman College, Clark Atlanta University, and the University of Sedona, Dr. Parker started her career as a medical social worker at a community hospital in Atlanta, Ga.

She later worked in the Department of Pediatrics at Morehouse School of Medicine, the Department of OB/GYN, Regional Training Center at Emory University, and the Department of Social Services, Aging & Adult Services. Dr. Parker's postgraduate studies include intergenerational gerontology, metaphysical meditation, soul alignment, and self-realization. Dr. Parker co-founded the Afiya Institute, a non-profit organization that provided public health education for African American women, CEO of Harniakk Management, Inc., a residential assisted living facility for seniors, Reiki certification, and restorative yoga instructor. She hopes to continue spreading the message of the importance of developing an age inclusive community of women united by shared faith in a higher power, unwavering support, accountability, spiritual growth, and a Divine identity that is so resilient and undaunted that Absolutely Nothing! can keep them from the love that is already dwelling within. This is the power of a spiritually fortified sisterhood. NeSonya currently lives in North Carolina with her loving husband, Henri, and their two daughters, Niayla, and NeKayla.
