Written by one of the nation's leading behavioral scientists and counselors, Dr. Treat Preston leaves no stone unturned on the causes behind this debilitating problem but then teaches his readers how to easily overcome their problem. In his book, Dr. Preston gives an entire chapter on the behavioral science behind the human mind and why you do the things you do.
