Let us, uncluttered our minds by forgiving everyone who has in any way wronged us. We need to understand that whatever is happening to us is according to the law of Karma. It is likely that in the past, near future or remote. I have done something to somebody. Whatever I have done, must return to me; otherwise the can be no balance. Action must produce reaction. This is a scientific law. It is a universal law. Action and reaction are equal and opposite of each other. Therefore we must learn to forgive. Just experience this Moment of Calm by forgiving all wrongs that have been done to you. The man with an unforgiving spirit harms himself. His Heart is filled with resentment, which will gradually destroy him.
