Then weave that timeline with the context of historical events and contemporary images into the fabric of an illustrated narrative. This process can help uncover holes in your research, and be expanded to the full-length book you have been wanting to write.The book discusses an example book about the military service of a WWI Pioneer Infantryman in "Marching and Mules" that was created using this process.
